Saturday feeling
Last night was fun, Ads friend plays in a band and we got tickets to go see them.
Music was good. Quite a few bands were playing. Even got to dance a bit :P
Did not take the camera with me,but got a few pictures before we went out.
The dreaded haircut... Still don't like it and wish it would grow faster!!
Tonight we are going out for his cousins 30th b-day. Going to a really nice restaurant here in Manchester.
Called East Z East (no idea how it is pronounced haha) Not sure if we are going for drinks afterwards.
Wearing my new purple shoes! :D If my feet can handle it haha.
Love it when Ads has one of his brilliant ideas.
Phone call earlier.
Ads: "Guess what I'm doing"
Me: "You looking at buying something again?"
Ads: "No,looking at trips.."
Me: "When?!" Not December?"
Ads: "No,but I'm looking at an around the world trip"
Me: YES!!!! WHEN?!
Hahaha. Yes we love to travel :P
He thought about going to a couple of places around the world for 18 days (!!) but not till 2011.
So I thought we will be 30 that year, and we could go there for our 30th birthday :D
I am sooo excited! It's not certain yet that we will be doing it. We need to look into some things first.
Like how much it would cost us and which destinations we want to go to. But so far we agree on London-LA-Hawaii and then probably do Australia and Dubai :D That would be another dream come true to see some of those places.
Just have to start saving haha :P

5 things I rather do now
• Lay in the grass somewhere looking up at the blue sky with an "ice latte" from Starbucks.
• Be at the beach (none around here though). Go swimming in the sea and lay on the beach listening to
my music and let the sunshine hit my face and body.
• Walk down the strip with a large cocktail in my hand :P (We are talking Las Vegas) ♥
• Sit on the balcony of my mums flat eating watermelon.
• Have a nice back massage. My poor body is aching at the moment.
Finally!
They came and installed it yesterday.
So happy :D
My head is feeling quite heavy today,so I will blog later :p
Nandos
It's a restaurant with a Portugese theme. They serve chicken and they are known for their Peri-peri sauces.
They are: lemon and herb, mango and lime, medium, hot or extra hot.
I used to go for the milder versions when I started eating there. I know I'm a wuss :P
But I have started having the medium now. I also love their garlic sauce. Yummy!
If you're one of those people who have not yet tried Nandos, then get yourself to the closest Nando restaurant and order!

I'm going there today after work with 2 girls from work. I can't wait :P
Frustrating
Not only has the work internet been a pain in the rear,but when I finally have some time over to upload the pictures
from Saturdays Fancy dress party,then the camera dies :/
Not my lucky technology day is it? (getting used to this now....)
Will have to do it tomorrow instead!

Other than that? We bought Virtua Tennis 2009 for the PS3 this weekend and we're loving it!

Yes, I'm in work now.. Very depressing.
Working till 4pm and then off home to chill out for a bit and then I'm going out tonight.

Some things have been put in motion that I don't really want to talk about on here.
I am quite excited about it,but also a bit scared.
Priorities
Which is quite exciting :D
He asked me last night where I would like to go when we get it.
It only took me a second and then I was shouting:
"Ikea! So we can get some cheese!" Hahaha. He must think I'm mad.
Who am I kidding? He already knows I am :P
But yes, that will be one of MANY places I will want to go haha.
I think I really have to start on it myself.. The license.
Have to sort out the provisional stuff next week!
Got a few other things I need to sort out too.. But not saying anything about it just yet.
Maybe some time later on.

• Honesty (it is the most important thing. What is the point with lying? The truth always comes out)

The weekend was quite relaxing.
I spent Saturday outside in the grass, soaking the sun up.
Was wearing one of my favourite summer dresses,
it is red and makes me feel pretty :X haha
My friend joined me after a bit, but she wanted to sit in the shade!
Outrageous behaviour!
We had dinner at Tampopo. I love the food there.Delicious!
And then we went and watched one of the worst movies made...
It's called "Drag me to hell" and it was supposed to be the scaries movie in decades.
It was NOT...
Was quite funny at times, but only because it was ridiculous!
Got a good laugh.
And then I ended up drinking rose when I got back home. Yummy.
Yesterday we went to Ads' mum, we had a BBQ and I was baking in the sun ;)
I have caught the sun a bit :D
I can't wait till we go to America next week. 9 days left!
I will be in the sun all day long!

My favourite day of the week.
A very important day.
It is Champions league final day!
Manchester United against Barcelona.
I can't wait to watch it.
My dear friend is watching it with me,
but she does not even like football!

We are getting Nandos take away.

It's just great to hear my favourite songs while "fake playing" along :p
Going to get a real guitar later on this year and

..Eurovision..
We used to be a few girls that watched it together.
Every year.
I remember when I was only a few years old
and Herreys won for Sweden with "Diggi-loo, Diggi-ley".
I was only 3 years old haha, but I made my mum get me
all the t-shirts with their print on them and
I had all their LP's!
God I feel ancient haha :p
haha, their "golden shoes".
Only the swedes will understand this :p
Even when we grew up we used to watch it together.
And since we now all live in different countries
I still watch it :)
It's a tradition that I want to keep.
Even tho Eurovision gets worse each year.
It was better the old way..
I have listened to a few songs that will be in the final tomorrow,
and I was surprised how many good songs there are :)
I am looking forward to watching it :D
May the best song *country* win.
My favourites so far are
Norway, who have a song that reminds me of gypsy music.
Really good beat.
And I like the turkish song too.
There were some other good ones too!
Bosnia has a nice song this year.
But Sweden's song is just horrible..
What were they thinking of...
I'm sorry to see that Serbia did not make it.
Croatia's song is nice :)
But yeah I guess I am biased :p

..6 weeks..
I am counting down the weeks.
It's going fast.
6 weeks from now we will be landing in LA,
and 7 weeks from now we will be back in Sin City!
I'm not sure what I look forward to most.
I have always wanted to go to Los Angeles.
There is so much to see and do.
But somehow I look forward to Vegas most :)
Why?
I'm not quite sure myself.
Last time we were there I fell in love with the city.
Everything is so over the top and you can walk around
on the streets with a cocktail if you'd want to :p
People are nice and friendly.
Can't wait to get away for a while.
To a country where the sun is shining and it's actually hot outside!
To have a lovely tan again and just relax.
Will be quite hectic too though.
Going to Six flags - Magic Mountain which has some of the largest,
and most scary rollercoasters in the world!
I used to love rollercoasters and scary rides when I was younger,
but they have started to scare me now when I'm abit older haha.
Will try most of them tho!

And looking forward to the shopping haha ;)

I've always wanted to go there.
I've been to the airport loads, even on the tube :p
But never walked the streets of London.

Mondays
I've only had about 5 hours sleep. But I don't feel too tired.
Not just yet. :p
It was worth staying up to watch the Oscars.
My weekend was quite nice.
I stayed in both Friday & Saturday night.
Had some red wine mixed with coke on Saturday night.
which caused a huge discussion with some of my internet friends.
Haha, some of them could not grasp the fact that you can mix them and that it tastes good!
Well I think it does :P
But then again I'm the type of person who likes to experiment with alcohol.
(hmm I hope I don't come across like an alkie haha)
But I did not make this one up. It's called Bambus.

Longing
to this summer. Because if everything works out for us, we will be going back to Las Vegas ♥ but also go to Los Angeles! I am really excited. Ad's is constantly looking at flights :p and he has found some really cheap ones. 1 week in LA and 1 week in LV. It will be amazing! *fingers crossed*
Can't wait to see it with my own two eyes :p
Going to Long Beach one day (or two if i can get my way :p hehe. I love sunbathing! )

Cherry Monday
Another week starts. My weekend was very intense and upside down. Partying, 40th birthday celebrations.drinking, singing and dancing. Tears.. Work phones that don't work. Nails asked to be painted in black but they look blue! And utter pain. Few of the things that my weekend involved.
Yesterday was probably the day I enjoyed most. Well until the pain came. Went out for breakfast and strolled around town for a bit with all the christmas shoppers (nightmare) then back home. Spent some time in bed medicating myself. And then I spent a few hours on some games :) Feels like back in the days when I used to spend a lot of my spare time gaming! :D 
Started playing this few days ago, I quite like it. 
Such a funny game :) 
Counterstrike, my all time favourite game that I used to play TOO much.
Now I'm back in work and eating lovely cherries. Yummy! Only 2 days til Vegas! 
Oh I watched a hillarious movie yesterday called Elf. It's pretty mad, made me laugh quite a lot. It's from 2003 with Will Ferrel playing the lead role. He is so funny! I recommend this silly christmas movie. 
Lucia
I always used to be a "tarna", never lucia haha. oh well. Was nice to be a part of it :) Here is an old picture of me and my oldest friend who lives in Switzerland now. This is from kindergarden and we were "tarnor".
