Not long now

Only about 8 weeks left till we go back to Sweden :)
Just bought the tickets and I am £320 pound poorer (haha),
but it will be worth it when I'm there again :D

We usually pay about £200 less for tickets, but I guess alot of people are going back
home for Christmas.

I can't wait to see my lil sister on Christmas Eve opening up all here Christmas presents :)
And have my dads lovely Christmas dinner. Yummy yum yum.

I wrote a blog post about my thoughts regarding Christmas last year.
You can read it here

I long to see snow in December. Real snow! :)

Old town in Stockholm. Can't wait to go to the Christmas market :)

And eat Lussebullar :) They are delicious.
I used to help my mum bake these. I don't like raisins, so I always pick them out.
Or ask my mum to make me some without them haha. I am very picky!

If you want to read about it go here.

How do you usually spend Christmas? Is it something you enjoy or dread (like myself)?

Ahh Xmas. I dread thinking of what presents to buy people, its not that i can't afford it, but i can't think of good presents to buy people, so each year i feel i've let people down as their presents are hum-drum ones. Chocs, mugs, drink, malteasers lol tc etc.

Xmas day is usually spent with my girlfriend and out cats until the afternoon, then a xmas meal at either my parents or her grandads(he loves cooking for 16 people! Lolol). Last year i spent it at my parents and my sisters and family were there too, but the other previous ones i always go for a huge meal at her grandads. Said last year that we were gonna spend xmas here and new year somewhere like New York, but this has kinda not happened :p

Next year! Maybe!

We have done the usual Big Ben at New year, Paris-Arch de Triumph, Blackpool(nothing happened there so we drove all the way back down south for a street party instead!), Bournmouth(radio station was there broadcasting live), Local Clubs etc. Best out of them all.... London Big Ben!!!!

For me.. Xmas day itself can be kinda stressful cos theers sooo many kids running around in our house lol.. I love the xmas period.. I love it when people are out shopping and the x mas lights. and I love the shows on TV that they show at this time.. Scrooge, Steptoe and son etc.. and especially xmas dinner. I hate the fcat my family arent very traditional..This is a time fort families and getting together.. but my family meet up at my parents house for less than an hour and then they all go their seperate ways... Xmas time is also a time when I notice that certain peiople arent there.. I'm sure everyone has someone they miss in mind at this time of year. x

Wow Phil that sounds lovely :)

Last year when we went to Vegas before X-mas was one of my best ones. Just seeing all the decorations in the casinos was quite overwhelming :) was beautiful.

But I was not impressed with the "dinners" here in England.. They the same as any Sunday lol. Not that I eat Sunday roast every weekend. I'd go mad! lol

But chicken and gravy with some steamed veg is not Christmas dinner for me :P

I will take lots of pictures when I'm back home in December and show you all what my Christmas is like :)

Anonymous I agree. Christmas is a time when you have time to think and remember our loved ones that we have lost or that we might not be with.

I like the X-mas lights, but not the shopping haha. It stresses me out. But I do love the X-mas market ;) x
